Booking FAQs
Pricing depends on the package you choose.
Yacht rental, captain onboard, number of hours and activities per package description.
Gratuity for the crew (we recommend 15% – 20%), food & drinks
We will provide 50% refund if you notify us one to two weeks ahead. Notice given less than seven days would forfeit the payment, no refund would be provided. Re-scheduling also requires at least one to two weeks’ notice.
Actual photos are posted in our site and we assure that it is at its best form for your enjoyment.
Yacht FAQs
Depends on the Yacht you booked, Playpen could board up to *6 guests.
We follow the maximum quantity of guests as stated on the US Coast Guard restrictions. Should your number of guests exceed our maximum, we suggest for acquiring bigger boats.
Yes, our charter is safe for kids to enjoy together with their families.
As much as we want you to enjoy the experience with your beloved pets, we would recommend leaving them at home.
Yes, we allow guests to bring food and drinks.
Smoking of tobacco and vaping are only allowed in the open-air of the yacht. Hookahs, marijuana and other illegal substances are not allowed onboard.
General FAQs
Life jackets are available for all guests onboard. It is not required for those over 13 years old in age. Per California law, kids below 13 years old should wear life-jackets on moving vesse

Our licensed and experienced Captain has the authority to decide whether it would be safe to sail or if there would be a need to re-schedule. He would also know whether destinations planned are safe to go to or not.
